The Hotel banquet hall can comfortably accommodate 250 people. Spacious hotel with ample parking is a good venue for weddings. There is a separate area for dancing and for the band. Special lighting and all necessary equipment will be provided on request if you want to transform the dance floor to a rocking discotheque. There is a tastefully decorated rooftop bar to entertain your friends with a drink.

We have a fully air conditioned banquet hall that could also be hired with fans.

Table covers will be provided free of charge. Chair covers and bows will be provided on request. We can also provide you a full band.

A non refundable advance payment of Rs.25, 000 has to be paid to reserve the banquet hall. Also, the full payment has to be made 14 days before the date function is held with a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 which, would be returned 02 days after the function.

Banquet hall will be given for Rs: 7,500/= for 5 hours. Every additional hour after the initial five hours will be charged Rs. 2,500 per hour.

The most important feature of the banquet hall is continuous free flow of space. There are no walls in between hindering the seating arrangement. Guests looking to having a function at the hotel can implement any seating arrangement of their choosing without having to consider any walls getting in their way.

Expatriate Sri Lankans or even foreigners planning to have their wedding in Sri Lanka can conveniently arrange a wedding at the hotel, hazel free. The management and staff will make all necessary arrangement while the client will have absolutely nothing to worry about. Customized wedding packages could be arranged to suite your budget.

Night station is an ideal venue for meetings. Although we are not that far from Colombo once your guests arrive here they'd love the quiet and relaxed setting of our hotel by the beach.

Our Meeting Rooms offer first-class meeting facilities featuring free WiFi connectivity and state-of-the-art technology equipment. Our boardroom can accommodate meetings up to 150 people has floor to ceiling windows and ergonomically designed chairs, a beamer, whiteboard and air conditioning. A photocopier and fax will be made available on request in the meeting room for your convenience.

All inclusive rates mean booking a meeting room at the Night Station is very easy! When booking a meeting room you can be rest assured that your guests are well taken care of. No need to order, coffee, tea, water, soft drinks or AV equipment separately - it is all included in the room rental fee!
